This company has no accurate contact info. Online Chat unavailable and telephone message tells you to go to online Chat!!! Scam company trying to sell goods they don't actually have.

Was told item was shipped when it wasn't even in stock. I only found out when I contacted the company to chase up delivery. Item refunded.

Ordered two items on the 4th October, still have not received them, Called them after three weeks and they said they did not have them in stock and are awaiting delivery. items have still not been dispatched, these are much needed items and had I been aware of the delay, I would have been happier. Communication is key.

Item not received. Ordered 03 October 2022. GP supplies said item was shipped but no tracking details available.

I ordered two items over two weeks ago and still nothing and now they tell me one is obsolete and the rest will take a further 5-7 days . I think they are short of cash and this is the only way they can buy stock and this is why you wait so long but it’s a pee take. So I cancelled and asked for a refund, won’t buy from them again or recommend, will even recommend you don’t bother with this company. BUY ELSEWHERE!

Non Delivery Goods ordered 30/09/22, still not arrived. Have called but no answer even though i'm 'first in the queue'.

3rd time ordering from this company and every single time it has taken at least 2 weeks for delivery. I'm currently 3 weeks into waiting for an almost £300 order and they don't even have the decency to reply to emails asking for updates. Appalling service.

Placed 2 orders back in August for my daughters formula milk that is not available at present on prescription. They took money over £300, stated order in stock and would ship in 10 days due to being closed. Didn't receive anything other than paypal receipt for payment. Still chasing over a month later, despite many emails to them and calls, been promised delivery on several occasions and its not arrived. Chased again today to be told they don't have stock and don't know when it will come back in stock. Do not order from these people they are unprofessional and not to be trusted. Sure it is a con website - lets see if they process the refund. Will report to paypal.

I have ordered your product before and delivery was quick however, product ordered 12 days ago has still not arrived.

Extremely disappointed as order not delivered as shown at the time of purchase. On chasing was told that they moved office an dare going to let me know by telephone call which never came across. Still don't know if my order will be delivered or not.

I placed an order by phone back in July. Order didn't arrived. Tried ordering online, website kept crashing. Went back into order and found that I had potentially ordered 3 times. I have emailed you and have not had a reply and have not received the order which was origionally place by phone. I appreciate you have had problems with your building and having to work from home, but I have left my landline and mobile numbers for someone to contact me.

Ordered over a month ago, yet to be despatched. Apparently will arrive in two weeks. Would ask for a refund but don't trust them to process it
