I had no need to be as it turned out my order was delivered within a week at a very competitive price the order in question was disinfectant wipes. I would definitely use this company again from my own personal experience.

They take your money then say that due to them supporting the NHS there will be a delay in delivering your order, but that their sister company Farla Medical (which is in the same premises with another 2 medical supplies companies registered to the same address) has the item stock piled at treble the amount. When they eventually send the item (over 2 months late) it’s completely wrong and not the item you requested. Complete con

The reason for four stars is just that bit of a delay in finding out if the order was going to be sent out or not. As I have said, I do appreciate you getting back to me and I have the wipes now. United Kingdom | 30 April 2020Placed an order which showed everything available on site. Only one item delivered, so I chased up other items by email. I had an email reply that they were awaiting stock and the other items would be sent to me, or I could have a refund if I wanted one. After waiting awhile I sent an email requesting a refund because I had found stock elsewhere. I waited 15 days for the refund as they say that they take that amount of time to process the refund. No refund, so I telephoned their customer services team, no reply. I then telephoned their saes team, same telephone number, instant reply. Asked about refund, excuse 1-didn't receive email-incorrect, excuse 2-very busy. Anyhow, they took my details and the fact that it was paid by credit card and promised a refund within 3 days. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to deal with this company again.

I ordered some hand sanitiser on 6 March and despite receiving an email telling me that the product I ordered would be substituted and others informing there would be further delays I have had no indication that I might actually receive this. It is now 23 April and I am have no confidence I will ever receive my order. Like another reviewer I have tried to be patient given the COVID 19 situation but this will only stretch so far. I have now opened a PayPal dispute.

There's been no attempt to reach out and explain what's happening nor have they responded to my attempt to communicate with them. I've tried to be lenient given the situation with Covid-19 but this is ridiculous, I just want my money back!

United Kingdom | 09 April 2020Buyer beware! Avoid like the plague! Placed an order for some much needed hand sanitizer (known brand) on 5th March and paid for it via PayPal. On 10th March was advised that this product was not currently available but their sister company (Farla Medical) had an own brand product at a higher price that could be supplied instead. Having declined the alternative GP Supplies cancelled the order on 12th March and said that a refund would be made within 3 working days. It is now 8th April and despite several unanswered messages sent via PayPal requesting the refund, and a telephone call towards the end of March, no payment has been made. On the telephone call I was told that they didn’t understand why the refund had not been auctioned as the order had been cancelled. They would now tell their accounts department to make the refund payment within 7 days. Needless to say I have now had to raise an official claim through PayPal for non delivery of goods and hopefully a refund in due course. Graham Jones Addington (1743) CC

What type of service is that????? Don't sell something you don't have !!!!!

Order placed on 09/03, no acknowledgement received, apart from the paypal confirmation from paypal. They do not answer phones or emails and I will now contact paypal to recover my money. If you read this, avoid this company they are out to pick your pocket quite literally!

They are not answering the phone and ignoring emails, and not providing refunds, I had to do a Section 75 through my Credit Card to get my money back! They have also dramatically increased their prices for Corona Virus related products on-line. AVOID at all costs.....if you don't it WILL cost you money.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2020Yet another victim of this site, I placed an order for item that had a lead time of 2-5 days delivery and was charged delivery charges to receive the items in this time. After 4 days my order was still showing processing so I emailed them, I was lucky I got a response unlike others, they told me one of the items I ordered they did not have and could not supply but offered an alternate that was not an alternate it was just made by same company. I declined and asked for a full refund, I was told in an email they had cancelled and I would receive a refund, my order is still showing processing and not cancelled. I have tried to make contact and like others can not get through on phone and my emails are not being answered. Considering this company is advertised as medical this is not the standard of service you would expect, people are trying to purchase medical supplies and this is how they are treated, they now have £50 of mine that in these hard times I need, I can not afford to try and buy my items elsewhere until these give me my money back. I have done a little research and it looks like they are working out from a storage unit in a big yellow box storage. They appear to be more interested in replying to complaints on here and other sites to make them look like they are dealing with people but the reply you get is email us to an email that you do not receive a reply from. So when you come to reply to me here is my order number Order # 1000056448 so now you do not need to ask me to email you. Instead you can cancel this order and get my refund done now. WARNING TO OTHERS PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE POCKET THE ITEM THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ME IS STILL ONLINE SHOWING DELIVERY IN 5-7 DAYS. Understand the pandemic impact, but at least provide a sensible response is the fundamental thing a responsible business can do!

United Kingdom | 23 March 2020Latest update: They dispatched part of my ordered products on 19 Mar regardless of my full refund request on 11 Mar and 19 Mar. And they are forcing me to accept what they sent to me and keeping the money. It is robbing. I sent emails to them asking why they ignored my full refund request and dispatched part of my ordered products to me after i raised refund. They can't answer my questions, instead, a staff called Matt criticised me in email: "you are not making sense" and "stop being so rude". These people just broadened my mind. Turns out ignoring their customer's full refund emails, and forcing their customer to accept what they already cancelled via email is making sense in their company. Original Review: Placed an order 20 days ago and there was no shipping confirmation email. I sent 5 emails to them in past 20 days and they finally refunded to me. However, they only refunded 70% of my total payment, earning the remaining 30% by doing nothing. I asked the customer service person called Yhon Soto “why is it not a full refund”. It answered “it is a full refund”.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2020Don't buy from them! It's total disgrace! I would have put zero star if it was an option. The surgical masks arrived after a long wait, which I understand, demand is high. But shame on them they sent fake masks out to people, rip people off in the pandemic. The masks I received are white, as thin as paper, it's not surgical mask at all. Emailed to complain but no response, avoid them! What a shame they are doing this now!
