I realise that MDG have moved warehouse and so have delays on delivery of products but communication has also deteoriated- the automatic email that one receives directly after order confirmation has incorrect dates in it and I got no response to two emails I sent. The delivery tracking/updating is not as good as it used to be. It feels like MDG is going through a transitional stage but I hope this doesn't mean a poorer service.

Miss Designer Golf is my ‘go to’ for all my golf requirements. Most retail outlets remain very male dominated and I always check this web site. The service is excellent. My granddaughter now plays golf so Granny is never stuck for presents.

I signed up for the 15% discount code - never received the discount email, even after emailing then to advise. Not good customer care in my opinion.

Once again Miss Designer have some excellent golf clothes. I live in Cyprus so to have a shop that delivers by DHL in “ record “ time is such a bonus. I have used MissDG for years but sadly won’t be anymore. I ordered 2 sweatshirts in the sale £10 each. They were the correct size but did not even fit over my head!! No wonder they were cheap. The crunch came when the cheapest postage was £11+ because Cork S Ireland is now abroad!

Clothes are lovely and they do have a fab selection at a great price. Unfortunately though, I won't be ordering again. They missed an item off my order and sent me something I didn't order which I need to go out of my way to send back to them because they don't collect despite this being their error.

Good selection of items available and I chose a very pretty baby pink top and some new gloves. Good communication and delivery.

MDG offer a good selection of discounted branded golf wear for women, I've bought a few items from MDG since I took up golf which haven't broke the bank. I've had no issues with refunds and i have returned a few items that didnt fit well. I've no problem recommending MDG.

I am still waiting for a refund. I returned goods on 3rd March. I’ve had no response to my email. Very poor customer service.

Ordered trousers which I had to return still waiting for refund, emailed them several times their excuse all goods sent to Ireland and have to wait at their end before credit issued, asked if their post is by pony express!!!! Would not use or recommend this company. I have now received my refund but won't be using them again, returns take too long to refund plus return postage your responsibility

The service this company offers is second to none. The goods are always excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Delivery from Ireland is fast and always within the timescale stated. On the rare occasions I have had to return goods that did not fit my refunds are processed quickly without quibble.
