I bought a pair of Green Lamb winter trousers which had 50% off, they were good value at sale price. Delivery charge is rather excessive at £6.99 for 1 pair of trousers! Though they arrived quite quickly and hassle free. I did order 2 more pairs while they were reduced so this order qualified for free delivery. I do not play golf but wanted some smart casual trousers to wear for work over the winter and these fit the bill.

I am still awaiting my purchases which were ordered on the 14th Oct and shipped on 17th according to your email. I’ve sent 3 emails and to be fair the first two were answered but still no sign of my package. I won’t be sending for any items

Bought a lined sweater recently which is really good quality and ideal for golf in the colder months. My jumper arrived quickly and was a perfect fit. Miss Designer Golf is a great company to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my golfing needs

Fell foul of the returns policy. Firstly you pick up the cost of the return. I sent it next day with Hermes. 17 days later no refund and no response to email enquiries about it. I phoned their office. Your returns go to a UK depot where they get held before being shipped to Ireland. Only when they reach Ireland do they get processed for a refund. When I complained the response on the phone was ‘we are proud of our 28 day policy, it’s in place to avoid customers paying duty on their returns’. Shocking returns policy. I only shopped as they sponsored the bounty booth golf competition and got given a voucher. Won’t use again. Be warned.

I returned 3 items in September and simply cannot seem to get a refund....28 days in not acceptable in any business & I just want my money back for goods which cost me 12.00 to return first class tracking...I not purchase again just due to refund problems

I've bought mid layers & a warm outer layer, also summer capri trousers, skort, polo's jacket & Gillet. Super quality and true to size ( Green Flag). Just to say purchased the Under Armer stretch trousers but they were too small. Had to pay postage to send them back. I've ordered a larger size. They should fit.

Quick and efficient delivery, good products and good prices

Ordered 3 ladies polo tops and received them today, I have to say how very pleased I am with all of them and the assistance I received when I needed to ask questions.

Won’t use them again. Bought a pair of golf shoes ‘in their sale’ which I received on 7th July unfortunately they didn’t fit. Returned them on12/7 by Royal Mail. Despite several emails I ‘still haven’t received a refund’ or any correspondence from them. Won’t be using them again.

I've recently made a couple of purchases from MDG and as usual, I've not been disappointed. Their prices are great and they have a great variety of brands. The only problem I have is stopping myself spending too much. I look forward to receiving the emails with the special offers as you know you are going to get a real bargain. I love the clothes as you can wear them for other activities besides golf. Definitely recommend MDG.

AVOID BUYING FROM Miss Designer Golf! Bought 3 items, returned 2 (as sizing was too small and not as expected). You have to pay to send items back, so be warned! (I paid for super fast tracked delivery). They received the goods back really quickly but then took 1 month to give me my money back! Outrageous policy - they just keep your money until you chase and chase. Never buying from here again. Be warned.
