I delt with James baker and he was so helpful and understanding of my situation, he went above and beyond to help me and made the whole process easy for me which took away a lot of stress that I’ve been under. He was kind, down to earth and I can honestly say he’s an assent to his company so I hope they appreciate having him as an employee as he deserves this recognition. I had been to 2 different debt help companies before IVA HELP LTD. I'm a busy mum of 4 children and i struggle sometimes to have any time for myself. I contacted IVA via WhatsApp which made things supper easy to send over everything they needed to asses me and my situation. I got a worker called Donna, she was amazing we had a few brief calls and she went above and beyond to help me. They contact all our creditors for us after we choose the best solution that fits with our situation. A few calls were received to get past our data protection then they take over. They have helped me with a massive weight and I couldn't be anymore thankful.

My IVA HELP relationship started back in January 2024 with Asif who was polite and initially helpful. I also spoke to two or three others, but on 28th May, I got lucky and I wish whosoever is reading this review the same luck - I spoke with Donna. I found myself having loads of questions I didn't know the answers to and that was causing my anxiety to spike. Donna is one of those people who, if they don't know the answers to your questions, they will find out and come back to you within 20 minutes!! Donna was the only IVA HELP person I wanted to speak to (or text) from that moment on. Every concern I had, Donna lightened my load, calmed me and made sense of it all for me.
