Nicki was an absolute lifesaver, she called me almost instantly after I submitted my query and she was very kind and helpful. Writing this review will not do justice on the service I have received over the last 3 weeks. I can't thank Nicola enough on her professional approach and understanding of the situation I was in. To say Nicola goes above and beyond is a understatement. For somebody to give so much reassurance and support during the whole process was in itself a massive help. The worry about phoning a complete stranger and explaining how your struggling with debt is daunting but I wished I had done it a long time ago.
