Great fragrance and great customer service

In a world of online shopping where same or next day shipping is the standard, this is no bueno. I'm not expecting next day or 2-day prime delivery but at least ship within 2 or 3 days, especially when the item is in stock! They offer an app called Route to track my order but it's requesting access to ALL of my emails, which is a gross invasion of privacy. I finally received my first order today... 12 days later. I'm not happy at all with the almost 2 week wait time (pacific zone to central) and the customer service gets a 1 star too. Which is a shame because I'm super happy with the actual product. 5 stars for the cologne, 1 star for the long processing time and customer service. They sent me 10 marketing emails in the time it took to receive the product! Maybe spend a little less on email marketing and hire a couple more people to ship these next day?

The fragrances are always pretty good but shipping with DUA is all over the place

I ordered something expensive that was out of stock. Apparently, there was a glitch. They offered me a gift card for the full amount of $105. Uh, that was a totally unexpected surprise, I wound up getting 3 bottles for about $5. I never experienced anything like that before.

I love this brand .. my only small complaint is the shipping can be a couple weeks or longer sometimes and some packages make me sign for them and some don’t. But the fragrances are amazing and affordable. I may have over 30-40 bottles

usps lost my order from dua brand, i contacted dua brand and i never received a solution , no refund, no resend an order, i got nothing

the fragrance i received is top quality products. as usual Dua are one of the best regarding longevity. and projection. fragrance made. The only one thing is it took very long to receive the items. in the end i received it. just in case you buy fragrance for special event. make sure to pay a bit more for shipping OR make your order long before that event.

Never got my order. I contacted them and they told me to contact the protections agency I paid for when I purchased the protections. Don't even buy the protections it doesn't matter I still lost my package.

Generic automated customer service. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not shipped. Got a email saying it had shipped. Checking tracking USPS have not even received my items yet. Dua needs to hire more people so they can ship in a timely manor. Lousy customer service.
