What an amazing experience! Dua shipped my order within a week and it arrived quickly. I loved all of the scents I purchased. The quality can’t be beat for the price.

I ordered 4 perfumes recently and 2 gave me a rash and burns. The 2 perfumes smelled like alcohol and no “perfume” smell out of them. I reached to costumer service about this issue and sent them the pictures of the rash I got and they were no help. I offered to send the 2 bottles back for new ones or a refund and they ignored it. I’ve been a loyal costumer and I have bought multiple times from this brand, but due that they can’t solve this issue I’m writing this review to let people know that the brand does not care about their costumers.

The parfums are very good, I compared them with the originals and there’s really no difference, I give 4 stars only because the time they take to process the orders is way too long, I’m on my 3rd order in one month and last order I placed on April 21 and still not shipped

I ordered on April 13, and am just now getting the items on April 27th. Their email updated blamed “too many ordered” then their customer service put the entire blame on the shipping vendors. Companies get to choose what shipping vendors they use, so you might want to look inward on that and not try to throw a third party under the bus. Also they didn’t offer anything but a weak apology to make things right. Why not send the email with a 10% off discount? Instead they said sorry and refused to do anything except for constantly shift blame even when I shared screenshots that contradicted what was being said.

Great company! I've only been purchasing from DUA for about 6 months and in that time I've amassed quite a collection. The quality of these perfumes is really impressive considering the price points. Some of the inspired scents I've gotten from DUA are 1:1 in my opinion and some of the DUA versions are better than the originals even. There have been some misses but definitely more hits. They also have some incredible original creations as well as hybrids of popular designer and niche fragrances that are truly beautiful. I highly recommend DUA!

Some fragrances need time to macerate, to gain their full potential. Waiting for that to happen is the issue. Thanks.

Too much hype for ....nothing. Waited ONE month for my order to arrive and a lot of dupes are not close to the original thing (50 to 60% in my opinion) The sprayers are nice though

I was a big fan of DUA up until my recent order (No. 373633). Ordered two fragrances on the 10th March, and I am still waiting for it to dispatch. They warned me it would take 5-8 days for the order to be shipped due to them getting a new system, and that time has passed. Their communication has been flippant and unreliable. Avoid.

I ordered several bottles, because I was excited about affordable prices on luxury brands. BIG mistake!! Now I paid for six bottles that I CANNOT return or at least exchange for the perfumes I do want to keep. What a waste of money. Don’t buy these perfumes unless you are very sure that is the fragrance you want. Customer service is very poor in my opinion.

I’ve purchased more than 100 fragrances from The Dua Brand. I have not had buyer’s remorse over any of them. Shipping is always FREE! I don’t know of a single fragrance house that offers free, or even reduced shipping. The house of Dua uses the finest ingredients in each and every perfume. In my opinion, the house of Dua Brand is the crème de la crème!

Wow just amazing on my 30th bottle and well worth it why spend more when literally every fragrance I purchase is a banger and always project more than the original. All you need to do is purchase your favorite bottle from DUA and wait for the results.
