In the rare case that I need help from customer service, they always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. High quality fragrances! The owner is very passionate about his craft and his company, and he regularly interacts with customers in the Dua Facebook groups. I am beyond happy...I am a bit obsessed!

I made my first order and my second order within a few days of each other. Even at peak holiday season my orders processed and shipped in two days with free 2 day shipping. Every bottle was perfect. Completely secured in their packages (lots of bubble wrap, lots of foam peanuts), and each bottle placed in a nice black velvet bag. All of them smell beautifully! I bought 11 different bottles of perfume from Duabrand, and I'd do it again!

Hi, so I bought 6 colognes in total so far. 2 of them were really good. Other 4 were not that great. The most expensive one I got was the worst. I was annoyed about that. It was the mixture of nishani ani and belgian choco truffle. My brother smelled it on me and was grossed out. I was also taken aback by how it smells like cleaning supplies. So I was annoyed that the most expensive one was the worst. And there's no returns like I have returns with other websites like jomasshop and fragrancenet who offer freereturns. The Althair clone was ok. Althair is a beautiful cologne from PDM but your version made it very linear and was nit that accurate. The jo malone gingerbread is really good. The luminous Night clone is really good. Belgian choco truffle was not what I expected. It had way too strong of a fruity smell when the name implies way more chocolate smell so that one was a bust. The clone of Chanel allure homme blanche was ok. It had a very very citrsuy opening so it smells like lemon cleaning wipes. So like I said some were good. But the ones that were bad were really not it.

I ordered two separate orders and they packed them all together and shipped my perfumes super fast. They also smell amazing 🥰🥰

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of my Dua fragrances. I bought dupes of a very expensive luxury brand and the Dua not only smells exactly the same but it performs better. I will happily recommend Dua to anyone.

Nothing about this purchase went well starting with shipping, I received an email regarding tracking pretty fast but it was just a label created , the item did not actually start tracking until 10 days after making the initial purchase . After receiving the item , the perfume smelled God awful . It was not even a hint of the notes listed on the website . There could not have been a hint of cherry anything in the bottle and I made the grave error or accidently spraying some on my hand , and it would not come off. I washed my hands numerous times , took a shower and rubbed my hand with rubbing alcohol and the putrid smell still lingered . Im actually going to look at the return policy of this item and try returning it . I do not recommend at all . For reference I ordered Cherry Hookah but received some floral , dead flower powdery concoction in a bottle instead . The great reviews have to be fake .

Forgot to add my discount at checkout, got charged full price of purchase. Contacted customer service, they refunded me the difference with no hassle.

The Dua brand is always an exciting anticipation of what did I really get, how will it smell, how will it smell in a month from now. The notes and reviews listed help a lot!. However, my 2-day Fed Ex. shipment was not great! The 2-days turned into a wait & see and possibly might get it game as it became a 5-day wait. Not thrilled! No real reason for the delay, it sat in a warehouse by my house with a permanent 'delay' status.
