In my opinion, it is so hard nowadays to find people that seem to enjoy their jobs, respond to inquiries quickly and answer all of the questions thoroughly. I have not been sent to a third-party or transferred anywhere else or left in limbo for days. GG replies promptly sends along supporting documentation to explain the steps. They always advise to reach back out if there are any questions at all - and I have. I’m so proud to have their badge on my site, too. So happy, for real.

United States | 07 October 2024I love these guys. I have had host gator, siteground and bluehost. Once the hosting package I orginally signed up for was done so was I. I just hadn't found the right thing for me. Either my skills weren't up to par or their support was lacking or the site transfer service didn't work (even though I paid for it). I have gotten so much out of Greengeeks. I love that they are enviromentally friendly but this is really icing on the cake. Their support is amazing, they will transfer or build a site for you for free and I had an issue with malware and they took care of it for me! Amazing. They have exceeded my expectations in everyway. I don't see me going anywhere else no matter the promises, since this is the only one so far that has delivered on the promises made.

United States | 04 October 2024Sick and tired of their sub par service. Green geeks used to be great, now they suck. They can't control incoming spam and blame users for their shortcoming. After 15 years I will moving. They have disabled all email forwarders and are causing me to lose $$$. Don't waste your time with them. Find a better server host. There are plenty out there. **** Edit to reply This issue has nothing to do with me having spam issues. Everything you've written again goes to show that you are not the company you once were. The issue with spam is wholly your issue. It seems you've been hacked I'm the past and your level of security is poor. I'm no longer a consultant, but it's obvious you need help to keep your servers from being attacked as they are. Hire someone to figure out your issue and start taking responsibility for your short comings. ** Avoid greengeeks at all costs. They've passed their peek and aren't the company the once we're. Do your research and find a company that actually takes pride in what they do. Seems greengeeks has two profiles here on trust pilot. Another scammy thing to do. Check the real reviews of GG. I eventually went through their cancellation spiel and they tried to offer me a paltry discount. There is no link in their site to the cancellation page so I couldn't do it earlier. New Zealand | 01 October 2024No easy way to cancel your web hosting. You must contact them to 'request' it. They say I didn't, so charged me $900 for 3 more years. I contacted them the day it was charged, and they refuse to refund and cancel the service. Completely unbelievable. Just scammers.

You are never judged, and always get more info than you ask for. It is the reason I don’t use a free domain site, no matter how much people offer.

Don’t use tickets system as don’t respond too inquiring Also you cant get contact with people over the phone I submit ticket to billing department to cancel the account , also submit ticket to sale , support They didn’t get back me or sort the the problem out Then they go take out the money any way This not professional company

United Kingdom | 08 September 2024HUGE issue with email right now. Some client websites suddenly stopped receiving any contact form messages from the websites hosted by GG with no warning. When I contacted GG, initially they where not very transparent or clear about why this was, other than to say that I needed to install another WP plugin to resolve this, which they assured me was for free. What they did not say is that the free version requires so much technical understanding to install, with such a long, convoluted, stressful, and time-consuming process to figure it out - that anyone not technically minded would be forced to install the annual paid for version, to make the setup easier. Apart from this, new customers BE WARNED that you will be required to go out of your way to have something as basic as an email contact form work on your website if you use Green Geeks hosting - as their email issue is a big deal right now. What's the point of creating a website with them if the email doesn't work? You need to be a tech-wizard to figure it out, or pay extra each year. A real pain. Sad as they have actually been EXCELLENT up untill now. I am reconsidering whether to continue with them after this. I will wait and see how many other websites email forms suddenly stop working with no warning. And I received no direct announcement from GG about this issue, until clients suddenly stopped receiving customer enquiries from the websites - losing them business in the process.

Greengeeks told me that they offer no support at all for moving a domain AWAY from GG. That is none, zero, nada, no help at all. Now if I wished to transfer domains to GG, well then they rolled out the carpet!

Austria | 25 August 2024The big mistake is that they introduced this error in the quality hosting systems, we simply fail our business with these plugins ,After I installed the plugins and configured it according to THIS VIDEO!! (LiteSpeed Cache Settings Tutorial 2023 | Step-by-step Setup Guide YOUTUBE), after a day my ranking for the company started to drop from page 1 to page 5 in google this plugins started to index all kinds of non-existent pages from the server and I had 400 errors a day 404, the robot changed my txt and then Google penalized me because Google webmaster could no longer cope, the speed increased enormously from 10 seconds at 1 second but I ruined the raking, the traffic and the google position with their crawer!! so from my side it has a score of 1, I invested 25,000 euros in the site and a plow made by non-experts ruined it!!! this is my opinion. I called for help from greengeeks 3 time 3 backups, and even now the website is not very good...
