I have been trying and begging for the service to be restored but Kumar (supposedly a billing manager) keep asking for another payment related to another domain. I called and customer service said they can’t do anything by phone and I should go back to emails. I emailed once again and they keep asking me to pay. If my domain is paid, why would I pay again!! By doing this they’re doing a huge damage to our nonprofit organization. Literally a scam.
