Customer Support at GreenGeeks is second to none. I have never waited more than a few minutes for a response and even when things require level 2 or level 3 support, it never takes very long. Why is that the thing I'm happiest about? Well... when it comes down to it all web hosts offer the same capabilities (more or less) you can host a WordPress site with any of them, right? But customer support / tech support experience is wildly different depending on what web host you go with. There's GoDaddy where you might spend 2hrs on the phone being screened and shuffled from one person to another until you get the right specialist who can help (I've been there!) and then there are companies like GreenGeeks who get back to you in minutes. When you're having a critical issue with your website you need help in minutes, not hours. I think that explains everything. Do yourself a favor, switch to GreenGeeks today. Enough said!

Some don't seem to care much about you after they receive your money. However, Green Geeks was different. They reached out to me about a week after my account setup to ensure that my needs were met. The Agent was friendly, patient and genuinely wanted to assist me. She took the time to familiarize me with the dashboard and answered a couple of questions that I had. I needed a lot of support early on when I was getting started and their customer support agents are very helpful and I never spent more then a few minutes on hold. Later on, once I got my website up and running, I have never had an issue with the website being down or being unable to log in. They have really reliable hosting and this makes my life easier--it's one less thing to worry about! I migrated my site from a previous hosting company that was horrible and was equally horrible to cancel with so this makes me even more grateful for the service I get from GreenGeeks.

United States | 19 January 2025GreenGeeks has great hosting and domains at fair prices, but what really sets them apart is the AMAZING customer service! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 15min to get an answer from the support department. And no matter how technical my question is, I always get the right answer. I'm not sure if they're using human or AI agents, but regardless, they are very quick, knowledgable, and courteous. Would give 6 stars if I could!
