Lovely Nar pendant light arrived with a small dent in it. Pleasant phonecall resulted in a prompt exchange which was personally checked. Pendant light fitting now in place in our kitchen. Great!

I have always received the best service, although this time wasn't perfect it wasn't bad. A delay from Italy slowed my order, but I'm not sure whether I asked to early or I was told too slow about the delay. I had a full update about how and when on the delivery and no issues there after.
