Was delivered promptly and was very well packaged. Lovely quality and very reasonable for the money. I will buy lighting from this company in future as they have a good range of styles.

Delivery was prompt and we were given one afternoon then one hour slot, being able to track van in real terms. The light is lovely, just as I imagined on the website. I recommend this company.

Had a good service up until the point where it was handed to the courier DPD. I attended the Eden Way Store yesterday to collect my shipment/package as intructed by text/email.- at approximately 9pm.The shop keeper seemed slightly perturbed. He asked me for my surname and looked at my email.He then went to a store room, and said that the item has not been delivered. After which he promptly ushered me out of the shop. I asked him why, and he said that DPD had not only failed to deliver the item but they also have the wrong opening hours for the shop. What a waste of my time!!

Didn't have required lights available although in catalogue. Received an email advising me of this & suggesting an alternative which arrived promptly and of good quality.

The team at Affordable Lighting have raised the bar and have taken on-line shopping to another level I am pleased to say. Staff members were informative from initial order placement through to final delivery and although one product ordered experienced "glass" damage, upon notification, their customer service department could not have been more helpful in arranging said replacement. Would highly recommend and will be using again!

You get what you pay for. Some products are over priced and some products seems to be value for money. In balance a good experience but I don't think I will shop from here again. Mainly because - being an online shop the returns policy should be in line with the status quo. Either a charge for admin is paid with free returns, or no charge for admin with customer paying for returns. The double whammy of admin charge and pay for returns deter me from returning a product and hence doesn't entice me to do more orders from the company. On the positive though - a wide range of products nicely presented on the website. I think if the company goes that extra step - they could be the Amazon of lighting! Also - if the company could review the products they put on and ensure they don't put on really cheap products - but ensure there is a minimum quality standard - it would ensure you get back a loyal clientele.

This is the second purchase from this company, and everything delivered on time. One item damaged they delt with this issued and a replacement was sent direct to me from their supplier.

Very pleased with my purchase of an outside lantern for my porch, Looks as good as it did on line, and arrived 2 days after ordering. It was correctly left in my chosen safe place, so very satisfactory service.

I found the same light on other website for nearly half the price!!
