Really pleased with the lounge light and good value. Would recommend it. This was my first order with your company. Not sure why it arrived in a box inside a Homebase box which said contained a BBQ!!!

Very good customer service.😀 However, on unpacking the lights, there are glass flaw marks on both shades? After phoning the company who were very apologetic, I got two replacement shades in just a few days. I was delighted! A very customer friendly, quality conscious company. Definitely recommend!! 😀👍

I spoke to Josh and nothing was too much trouble and the answers to my queries were readily available. It came over as very efficient and that customer care was important. Good communication about delivery and further e mail informing me of a one day delay. Lights arrived within a one hour time slot.

The company showed various lights in stock, but when ordered they were out, so chose another light, that to was out of stock, when I finally received a light that they had in stock it was poor quality not worth the money spent. 😟
