I contacted affordable lighting about a broken glass lens on a new light I had ordered from them. I had not contacted them within their time frame for a replacement, but they did arrange for me to receive a new lens at a reasonable cost, so overall I am happy with their service and exceptionally pleased with the quality of the ceiling light.

Ordered the light on a Sunday, delivered Tuesday. Carrier's communication was first class; knew time slot for delivery so was able to arrange my day accordingly. Product looks to be good quality but not yet fitted. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed to see that the floor light had to be assembled from short lengths of brass, so that the quality of the finished lamp was not as I expected. The instruction warn you to screw the lengths carefully so as not to nick the flex, but the flex arrived slightly damaged. The light will do for now but shall be looking out for something to replace it and put this light in a dark corner

The staff were so helpful in finding the products I wanted. The lampshades themselves are lively. The service was great - e mails kept me up to date with my order and they were delivered exactly when promised

Product appears to be excellent, though I have not fitted the lights yet. The product is closer to what I want than the image on the website would suggest. The base plate is actually a little shinier than 'natural chrome' suggested to me but I am very happy with that. The size is slightly bigger that I guessed from the pictures, so it would have been nice to have the size detailed but, again, I am happy as I was prepared for them to be a little bit bigger or smaller. Delivery was quick and DPD arrived when they said they would.
