The web site was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for. The on-line ordering process is too sophisticated for my ancient PC so I ordered over the phone and was well satisfied with the assistance provided. The lamp I ordered was delivered to my home before I got around to using the tracking facility. Packing was excellent and the lamp arrived in perfect condition. Thanks

I have not used the lights yet but they came really quickly and price was right. The packaging was a little poor as there was room in the box for the lights to move about in otherwise they might have got a 5.

As this is a Christmas present I haven't opened it yet but delivery was excellent.

Our parcel has been delayed 3 times now, the last email said delivery would be 14th December. We have had had no updates since, and still no parcel. :( It seems the problem is with the delivery company and as soon as I raised the issue with affordable lighting, they contacted me and are doing everything possible to sort it out. They had dispatched on time. Great customer service.

Ordered two Tanaro single pendant lights online for hall and stair landing. Items received by standard delivery within three days. Very pleased with choice of lights, in keeping with style of our 1920's built house. I have seen the same or similar quality lights in local high street lighting and department stores. I was able to purchase two lights from Affordable Lighting for around the price of one, as offered in the local stores. Excellent range of lighting, good quality and exceptionally good value for the price paid.

A speedy and efficient service. When I called the telephone service due to a hiccup in the delivery the operator was polite, friendly and the problem was quickly resolved.
