Easy to order, easy to pay, easy to sit back and wait for product to arrive. A little worrying that the light fitting arrived in the box for a different type of light altogether - but no panic - the ordered fitting was neatly packaged in it's own box inside the outer box which was obviously used for extra strength and protection. Fitting itself looks exactly as was expected but will not be fitted until our new kitchen is ready - if any problems ... I'll be back. So far certainly five stars for service, speed and ease *****

Item was just as advertised and arrived in excellent condition which was no doubt due to the amasing way it was packaged. The delivery was quick and efficient. Communication was excellent and you were given a delivery hour slot but this can be change. This definitely makes a change to the normal hassles that occur with online shopping.

A big lesson learned in NOT to ever buy light fittings online. At £265 for 2 David Hunt wall lights I expected better quality in both the wall light fittings (plastic moulded) and the glass shades. I was bitterly disappointed with both. To add insult to injury the lights were supplied with basic 100 watt bulbs when the light fittings were labelled to accept 60 watt maximum bulbs so I had the additional expense, plus a trip to the shops, to buy the appropriate 60 watt LED bulbs before I could use them.

Delivery and packaging perfect. Chandelier every bit as good as anticipated. Connection would have been easier if supplied connector box had fitted easily inside ceiling rose: I changed it for a smaller one and everything went smoothly.
