Excellent product, very sturdy, looks lovely, would have preferred it to have been a bit taller but the sizes were stated so my fault. Very impressed with Affordable Lighting. Easy order procedure, kept up to date re delivery by email. Delivery service excellent, able to swap delivery date on line and product delivered within hour window stated. Would definitely recommend and use this site again.

The lights I ordered arrived two days later. Very satisfied with the helpful advice when I phoned Affordable and pleased with the lights themselves.

The light fitment and packaging were 1st class, but bulbs provided were cheap and nasty.

Their website has a good layout and placing an order is easy. I made an error by duplicating an item - a phone call had it sorted, no having to cancel and replace the order. The items arrived in good time, well packaged and are good quality.

We recently bough 5 different lighting sets and were impressed by the choice and the price. Even better was excellent service and speedy delivery. Products were very well packed for transit and look fabulous in situ.

Contacted supplier prior to order, with a couple of queries. Answered straight away, very helpful staff. Ordered and arrived quickly, without any damage. Look spectacular in the hall and landing.

The product I received was different from what was displayed on the website (and the packaging it came in). After contacting the company, it appeared the supplier had not given them accurate pictures or descriptions. This was disappointing as the lights I purchased were not the ones I had wanted to order. This seemed very unprofessional where Affordable Lighting did not actually check the item they are selling against their description and pictures, before actually selling them. Customer service was good; I have been offered the opportunity to return the lights for a full refund. However I have to pay for the postage and so, I will be out of pocket and extremely delayed in finishing the project in the kitchen. I won't be buying from them again.

The goods were delivered very promptly and when a problem arose at our end the courier resolved it without fuss very promptly. The lights themselves are good quality at a reasonable price.

I was very impressed by the fast turn around to delivery and by the fact the delivery service was flexible and could be rescheduled by SMS and gave SmS updates including an hour long delivery slot on the day. Great service and goods as advertised.
