I found the service I received extremely good, excellent, in fact! The package was well wrapped for protection, and delivered when they said it would be delivered! Lights were perfect when we unpacked them. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I placed an order for an exterior light fitting and was impressed to receive an e-mail with a photo attached showing me the product as there was a tiny scratch on it. They explained that as it was imperfect they had contacted me. I was asked if I still wished to continue with my order and offered a pack of 10 lightbulbs as a gesture of goodwill. I accepted and received my order within a couple of days. The mark was hardly visible so I was impressed that they had contacted me and even sent a photo of the product. Excellent customer service and I would happily order from them again.

The wall lights I chose were out of stock, but a very helpful person from the company contacted me to let me know and give me some options. I chose to wait for the lights, and was kept informed of when the lights were back in stock. Once I had the lights, they were great - very good price, great quality and the lights complement my decor and existing ceiling light. Very happy

These lights look very classy, I had them in an old cottage and because they are dark they match in with the beams and don't look out of place. This is the second set of two I have bought as I am moving soon and I want them in my new house too. Would recommend product and affordable lighting.

We placed our order from Affordable Lighting and had it delivered within a week. We are thrilled with our light fixtures and the competitive price makes them even better. One of the glass shades was broken when it arrived but this was duly reported and a new shade delivered within 2 days. I would, most certainly recommend this company to all my friends.

Perfect product

Lights were not cheap but they looked cheap. Pet the wall lights up & they looked skewed as were bent. Poor quality.

I am so glad I spent a little more than I intended for such gorgeous lights for my conservatory which I have just converted to a sun/garden room. The wall lights are most effective and provide a much softer glow that previous wall sconces. The central light is also beautifully constructed and is a perfect match for the wall lights - together they have been much admired by friends and family. Modern, high quality finish and they just look terrific!
