Right from the outset Affordable Lighting cared. The lady answering the telephone was so warm and helpful. I was enquiring about a product which she knew was no longer made and that was not quite the right light for my application. She promptly emailed details of a number of alternatives to me. After making a choice from the selection I phoned again to ascertain the availability. This time the phone was answered by a man who was equally customer focused. I placed an order which was delivered the very next day. Such exceptional service!

They provide a fast service and deliver with DPD so you get a time window via text etc for delivery. Its Free Delivery over £36 and I found the prices to be very competitive too. Easy to navigate website offering quality products, will be shopping there again.

I ordered on Monday (not in stock) but was promised for Thursday. So was pleasantly surprised when it arrived Wednesday. Unfortunately the item was faulty so phoned Thursday and a replacement arrived Friday. That's pretty good going considering they had to order the item in and it was free post. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

This company responded quickly to my question about the product I was interested in buying. Following my order, the item was well packed, dispatched quickly and delivered promptly. The external pedestal lamp that I purchased is now installed and working perfectly.

Quick delivery well packed-easy to fit and all necessary fittings included-looks good-only downside the free bulb was too big to fit inside glass globe! Easily rectified however

its actually high quality,not cheap but worth it.
