Have you sent my refund yet please? I got somebody else's order and bought a replacement but don't recall getting the refund?

I ordered in their shop, they sent a package that disapeared on it's way. They choose not to refound me, and did not answered back.

Arrived quickly, items as expected. Prices are good.

I've ordered from this company previously, without any problems but I never received my last order (placed on 28.09.24). When I queried this on 10.10.24, I was told the order had been delivered on 02.10.24. Using the tracking information, I found that Royal Mail did deliver it, but to the wrong address. I emailed Body Jewellery Shop again on 13.10.24 and was told they are no longer responsible for the parcel once it has been given to Royal Mail but they would contact Royal Mail to find out where the order was delivered to. I have received nothing further from them, despite emailing several more times requesting a response and a refund.

The app is easy to use. The jewelry is good value for money. Good selection of products and prompt service. Not expensive either. Body Jewellery Shop is always good.

I was sent the wrong size jewellery. When trying to get a refund, their policy says return within 14 days, but only if you email first. I’ve emailed and received no response. I feel scammed and feel like I won’t be given my money back…

Qualité plus que médiocre puisque deux piercings en l’espace de deux semaines se sont cassés et j’ai eu affaire à la propriétaire madame Laurine PIERRE qui a été hautaine pas arrangeante et n’a pas voulu faire de geste commercial. Je déconseille!!!

I buy in this website since at least 10 years, but this time the delivery took too many days and I had to pay taxes. I bought 2 piercings which cost 5 euros and I paid 15 euros on taxes and delivery cost and the piercings. I will not buy anymore here. Sorry. It became too expensive

It’s almost been a month, and i still haven’t received my order. Emailed them three days ago, and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I don’t know if my package just got lost or if I’ve been scammed to be honest.

I received the wrong sizes balls for the rings I ordered. Got in touch to report it was sent a replacement out within a couple of days. Replacement arrived and the balls are still the wrong size. I can’t use either of the rings because the balls do not clip in. I have emailed 3 times in the last 2 weeks with no response

Ive been buying from the body jewelry shop for a few years now i always think that their products are good value yet good quality. Great choice range, ordered & delivered with no hitch, so good service. What more can you ask!?

Trying to get an update on my order, had used them previously a few times and they were always quick but now service is awful. Long waits for the items ordered, try to email and I get bounce back emails or get ignored and not even an automatic email back saying they will get back to me. Just want to know where my goods are. Terrible service. Also the discount code they give you when you sign up to their letter.... Doesn't even work.

Habe 20 Nadeln gekauft, diese wurden auf 14 reduziert, da die firma nicht so viele Nadeln hatte. Leider hat diese Firma die zu Zahlende Summe nicht umgeändert, so das ich für Ware die ich nie erhalten habe auch noch Zoll bezahlen mußte. Auf meine Anfrage bei dieser Firma, wurde nicht einmal geantwortet

I'm giving four stars i have been using you for years for jewellery without a problem but because one of the items in my order definitely wasn't what i ordered and there is no way to contact you every email listed bounces back you no longer have a contact number i returned the item after following your returns procedure it's been seven working days and no replacement or refund so yeah kinda bad with that one

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and my order has still not arrived. I tried every email address on their website and every single one keeps bouncing back. Can someone please help?
