Ordered an item for an Xmas present on the 12 th Dec.Am still waiting for delivery and after several emails and telephone calls which been ignored am beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.In answer to your totaly useless reply I have emailed the address you sent me twice,on both occasions it bounces there is no such address,can only imagine this is one big scam and I havelost my money,public beware,utter scoundrels

Ordered black steel septum retainers, gauge 2.5mm. Received very large u-shape retainers which were clearly not suitable for a human nose. Had to send them back unfortunately. Sending back and payback procedure worked well.

Poor quality item, ear clip which doesn’t expand so consequently can’t be fitted to the ear! Seven day return policy meant that as it arrived whilst I was away on holiday I had no time left to return it. However the company kindly agreed for me to return the item for a refund so whilst I wasn’t happy with the item I am happy with the service.
