I have purchased from body jewellery shop previously and I have found they have been quick to dispatch from when the order has been confirmed usually a turn around within the week dependant on Royal Mail. They have answered any queries I have had very quickly within 24 hrs or less and they have ensured the items have been protected during transit.

I ordered the goods, I totally ordered the wrong thing and there was no problem sending it back and it was really easy.

Order came quickly, but threaded bioplast labret stems were not as described or as pictured. No threads. Some of them had beads forcibly screwed onto the ends, but there is no threading on the actual stems. Edit to update: I spoke with customer service and a refund is being issued for the defective products. I've been purchasing from this company for years and have never run into this issue before.

Item advertised as a tongue bar, it wasn't a tongue bar at all unless it's for a child, far too small. For the price I knew it was probably too good to be true, but it was frustrating, even the invoice said tongue bar, I'd probably get it through my lip and that's it.

Placed order on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday! And that’s with postal strikes on! Great quality product at that too and fairly priced.
