However one of the lenses was damaged (supplier issue, not seller issue) and the problem was resolved extremely quickly, professionally and politely. Love my little earring for my Tragus. I’ve been waiting to order her for a while, so was excited when she came back in stock & after ordering, she arrived super quickly.

Only 7 days for refund, I wasn’t at home within those 7 days so couldn’t even try it, so wasted my money. Also refunds had to be unused but how are you supposed to know you don’t want a piercing if it’s unused!

This time the size of the ptfe lengths I order seemed a bit thicker than ever before and my balls barely fit on. I compared them to some other 14 gauge/1.6mm tubes I have and they are noticeably thicker. I eventually got the balls on, but it was a bit of work to get it threaded properly. Otherwise, everything was great and shipping was faster than expected.
