The screw on the ball that was necessary to keep the PA in place was so short that it kept falling off. So the PA ring was not useable!

Ordered a double nose ring, looks really nice & good quality. Can't wear it though, the ring won't even fit through the hole, too thick. There was only this one size so couldn't select different. Waste of money for me unfortunately

Good quality however these are externally threaded which can damage the ears

Two orders in a row have not arrived- you should make tracking available so customers can purchase in confidence and take responsibility where the company can (it's not their fault it was lost in the mail, but it is your fault to not offer tracking should this happen)

I got a pair of earrings and a few labret bars, and it all arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality of everything was great, and I have very sensitive ears and had no reactions, which is lovely. I was ordering from Ireland, so if you're in Europe just factor in customs charges now when you're buying because I totally forgot and got charged a surprise €8 something by the post office. That's not on the shop, just Brexit shenanigans, and me forgetting about the extra charges on stuff from the UK now.
