The service was instant, and the delivery was absolutely fast! I contacted them since I didn’t get my confirmation email after purchase, and shared with them my order number, a representative emailed me within a couple of hours with the correct tracking number and the way to keep an eye on my package My only note is that they didn’t have a big variety for what I needed specifically, but I guess my required items are either in demand or they don’t stock much of them. Nevertheless, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend buying from them 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered some pinwheel gauges as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, but it went poorly. I made my first order in November with over a full month left before Christmas, assuming they would come in time for the holiday since the shipping policy said they would take about 2 weeks to come in. They came in much much later than that, after Christmas, which is somewhat understandable given the holiday shipping backups, but they took 3x as long to get here as was promised. When the package arrived, to my unpleasant surprise, it was only a single gauge instead of a full pair. Now, that is technically my fault, but I looked back at the listing and the disclaimer that gauges were sold individually was buried in text where you had to scroll well down the page to read it. I would recommend that you make that point a lot more prominent/visible so that others are not disappointed like I was. Then I ordered a matching gauge to complete the set, which came in on time a couple weeks later, but my boyfriend put it on and within a couple of hours it broke. He was just wearing it, no shaking or rough handling or anything that should cause a brand new item to break - just poor quality. Given that the complete pair cost $16, I expected decent quality gauges, not crappy ones that would fall apart immediately. The reviews for this website were pretty good, but after this disappointing experience I will not order from here again.
