Where to start, shipping takes too long but maybe a certain online shopping company with the same name as a rainforest in Brazil has spoiled me. The product I ordered was sub standard, I’m talking damaged, bent, pieces chipped off and the like. I contacted the company and they had me ship it back and I received a refund. The worst part is because of this brexit ordeal the shipping was exponentially more expensive so that in the end I lost half of my money for a product I don’t have. So why the two stars and not one? The friendly service personelle dealt with my problem quickly.

Really lovely jewellery for my Daith piercing, unfortunately I can't get either piece in as they are too fiddly. The fastening arm on the "ring" goes back on itself so it's not rigid enough to get in, and the fastening ball on the bar is way too small to hold on to whilst screwing it in. Shame really, I thought I'd found a site with lovely and inexpensive jewellery but alas ill have to keep looking. On the plus side the jewellery is well made and very pretty, inexpensive and fast delivery.
