Made my first order with Total Cards really and very happy with it! The card packs were well packaged and arrived in a timely fashion at an excellent price. Got a couple of good pulls too so very pleased, thank you! :)

I ordered this as a pre-order well before release date, but unfurtonately they messaged me late the night before saying they couldn't get it to me on release day, which is the entire point of pre-ordering. Not sure if they're selling stock they don't have, but either way its put me off buying here moving forward.

All around good place to buy from however I did order on a Friday evening and selected for my parcel to be delivered Sunday 48hour tracked royal mail and only got dispatched on Monday so 3 stars otherwise would have been 5 if delivery was on time. Still yet to check parcel and condition when it arrives

Bad experience with Paldea. I received a damaged package containing an ETB full of already unsealed packs and a crimped Pikachu card including the third card being upside down. I have the pictures, shame I can't attach them here. To make matters worse it also arrived late. I contacted total and they provided me a link to request a new card from Pokemon Center, unfortunately there is a big backlog so I'll likely not get a new pikachu for a while. Total gave me £5 as well for the damage and apologised. Stadium came on time and was great so I think unfortunately I had an unavoidable bad experience that probably isn't totals fault, but a bad experience all the same. ‐--------- Updated 12/08/2023 because I'm sat here the day after release of Obsidian Flames without my pre-order, it still hasn't even been dispatched yet and I've had to go and buy everything from Smyths so I can join in the fun. Second bad experience in a row with Total. What on Earth are you playing at?!

Quick deliver and great quality product. Well packaged.. but whoever decided to use shredding to pad out the box is a demon. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be cleaning it up for a week..

Total Cards made what I was looking for available. They initially didn’t have it but we’re able to locate and send the item to me

I Pre-ordered a booster box of Pokemon cards and I was told that it is delayed, when I check my order status it still says processing after 2 days, and when emailed customer service I got a bad response saying the person isn't aware of what is happening. I would rather buy from another website in the future since other people said that this has happened to the before.

I have shopped with Total Cards a number of times now. Always been good. Last purchase was a £50.00 Pokemon Mystery Box and I was not disappointed. Very quickly sent and good value for money.

I put in a preorder for a set releasing today but it's yet to be shipped. I notice people have left poor reviews previously but replies were left that "systems had been changed to ensure this doesn't happen in the future", unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. If you would like your order on release date I would recommend shopping elsewhere!
