Total is an excellent Local Gaming Store. I predominantly play Magic the Gathering there but have also played board games from their library. The staff are exceptionally friendly and have really welcomed my family and I. I have also purchased a number of products from them both in person and online. They have an extensive range, are competitively priced and handle all orders with care. I can’t recommend them more highly!

Always a great experience buying from Total Cards. The prices are very competitive and the customer service is really good.

When I tried to order sleeves they said they would have the inner sleeves in my order in stock in October. November comes and I still don't have my order or any email saying what's happening so I get in touch and they say they still don't have them in stock, so I ask them to remove the inner sleeves, they do and say the rest of my order will get shipped out in 3 working days. Next day I get an email saying that they made an error and my order doesn't qualify for free shipping now so they want me to top up my total cards account with the difference?? So I end up ordering some other stuff I don't want to make up the free delivery and they finally ship it. Seen as it is their error, it makes sense to just eat the cost of shipping and ship the order as you've already messed me around for 2 months but apparently not. Honestly haven't ever had this bad of an experience with an online TCG store before and it's a shame because at trading card shows they are amazing. To improve: - Be proactive with your customer support, if you know you don't have an item a customer has ordered in stock when you are supposed to have stocked them, tell them what's happening with their order instead of waiting for them to complain. - If you make a mistake, don't then penalise the customer for your mistake after leaving them in the dark about their order.
