Totalcards are a bricks and mortar genuine business and 99% of the time orders come on time and in great condition, sometimes pre-orders have not arrived on release day but there have often been supplier issues or demand related delays, the customer service every time I have queried anything have always responded quickly and I am particularly impressed with Ryan, will continue to include Totalcards in my rotation of retailers for the foreseeable future.

Good selection of comic books, reasonable prices and quick delivery. The only problem is their packaging. The books were sent in a jiffy mailer with no added protection and have arrived with all sorts of dings and dents.

Not as I expected. It is not Total Cards fault but it wasn't sufficiently clear to me that the 7th card in the legendary box was just a shinier card and the divine beast cards were not playable in a duel. Apart from that delivery was as planned and all came sealed perfectly.

Since the other that I didn't receive on time , I haven't had any replies to my questions on social media about when will it be shipped. So communication needs improvement. The stickers and sweets on the order screen wasn't what we received, although not that important but getting 1 small sweet and 2 very small stickers was a bit of a bummer. I feel vault x have let the quality slip a little with this product as the first edition branding on the inside of the folder sv1 is of poor quality. Overall I'm glad I finally have a folder to store my set.

Absolutely fantastic organisation, loved the service and got some great pulls too. Will be back for more!
