I have only utilized this companies services twice and both times it was a pre-order. The first pre-order I made came in over a month late and the second pre-order I had made is still "processing". That order was placed in September 2022! That is half a year ago! In my opinion they over sell their pre-orders knowing they will not get the appropriate allocation to get a guaranteed revenue pre sale and then hope the people who do not get their product will cancel out of frustration or will simply forget to cancel their order. It is a win win for the company and a lose lose for the customer. This is highly unethical business practices! Anyway, I hope this serves as a warning to future customers and you should also understand that Total Cards use their in store reward points to incentivise positive reviews of their business so do not believe all the positive reviews for the company especially when it comes to their pre orders.

I made a pre order over a month ago. Total cards sent me email updates from as soon as the product was in stock and kept me updated until delivery was compete. Excellent service, good prices, easy website to navigate.

I ordered a product in December 2021 and never received it, the item wasn’t too much so I didn’t bother to track it and assumed it got lost in the mail. It is now April 2023 and I have logged into my account and seen that the item is still processing all these years later. If the item was to ever send it would now be sent to the wrong address and I have moved house since

i ordered 2 items that they are still saying on the site will be delivered in feb,im still waiting .and im on they chat now asking for a refund ive been on there waiting for over 40 mins and still no reply !!..............i was on live chat at 4,45 i waited with no answer just the bot and then they closed at 6 lol beyond a joke is it because i asked for a refund !!.they are fast to answer you when you order,,,,they have had my money for nearly 2 months now .....ive seen the items i ordered in other stores and total cards website says it ships them in feb lol it still says it and we are in april

Found some really great priced items and the freebies when ordering were a nice touch. Points system is also great and got a nice discount on first order just by registering on the site and signing up to the newsletter. Definitely will order from here again.
