The ability to choose different map types, scales and ariel photographs really works. Very clear web layout and swift to purchase the order.

Would really recommend these to other friends and colleagues - we have been using Stanford maps but their website is clunky and navigation is not straightforward. I really like the speed of using the website and also the extra added bits about the planning history and other information is a great bonus.

Simple clear mapping service with just the right amount of information. Will be using again. Very quick and easy to use.

Easy to use and find what I needed. Downloaded a black and white pdf. Only issue I would raise is that the lines ae very light on the print out. The scale bar was slightly out and so we had to enlarge slightly to make accurate. Will use again though.

I was particularly interested in the vector mapping product. The feature that I very much apperciated was that you personally get to adjust the boundaries of the map to suit the exact area you want. So the map you get does not necessarily have to be site centered and cover a limited specific area. You can decide to include an adjacent topographical area of interest and cover as much or as little area as you wish. Furthermore as you adjust the limits of your map on line you can see the price that you pay is adjusted accordingly.

Once I got the hang of finding a location without the use of the postcode finder then it was easy, efficient and economical. I rang the telephone number for assistance and went straight through to a really helpful guy. Job done!

A good, professional service at a price which is very fair and reasonable, and the OS mapping for planning applications is no more nor less than is needed.

Very good service, bit confusing with file format/ price and shame you cannot purchase more than one project/ map at once.

No problems getting in to the site and ordering the map, I didn't even have to use Internet Explorer unlike some other sites. However, after downloading a DXF version, it refused to open up in AutoCad. Had to open it in Trueview and create a PDF there, so very unsure whether I'd risk using it again. Update - 5 stars for customer service - hope you keep it up in the future. I understand that the temporary IT situation here created the problem with opening up the downloaded file. It still won't open but I did manage to create a PDF which served my purpose for now. When we have have the new IT installed I expect all will be well, and I'll be happy to review further then.

Report covers the data that was requested, although this required a phone call and some tweeking by Groundsure staff to be able to access the reports from .map site. I had some queries on geology and was promised a call back within one working day but this has not been forthcoming.

The staff are very helpful and willing to assist you in any way they can and they also seem very proud of their product, but for me the product is lacking slightly. As a company, we only require the basic location plans for planning permission but twice I have printed them out and they have not been to scale. We don't get this problem with Promap with seems a basic request. We haven't tried the other products because we do not use them so I can't comment on anything else.

Much easier to use than our previous service and it's cheaper too. Great help on the telephone when required. Would recommend you give it try and see for yourself.
