Very reactive service. Good value

absolutely awful!! really really bad! The website always crashes. Is it groundsure.com or .map by groundsure

The ordering process was quick and easy but delivery of the order was sloooooooow, not too helpful when you are relying on the maps to turn reports around within tight deadlines! I had to contact customer services to get my order prioritised and they were also slow to respond. The mapping system itself could also benefit from an online map viewer with measuring tool, a massively importantly missing feature which is present on other platforms. Without this you have to print out lots of A3 paper maps- not good for the environment! Having said that, the maps did offer good value for money and the mapping itself was of good quality.

It may be competitively priced with other well established products but it's not a patch on them. Once you have the PDF plan there is no going back to edit the content again if errors have been made or more information need adding.

I completed the order and logged out expecting the report to be emailed to me or that an email would notify me that the report was ready.

I found the telephone assistance in setting-up my account and navigating the online services extremely comprehensive and professional.

the chap who helped me with buying and saving the map i needed for a planning application was first rate - polite, patient and very helpful.

This is an easy to use system. The historical maps package is good value compared to other competitor systems.

Use this service every week. Its very easy to use, map delivery is instant and previous downloads are easy to locate.

It was easy and versatile. The only comments I could mention is that the navigation tools such as boundary line and red-lining the site boundary tools were a bit ambiguous and difficult to use. may be an introductory quick reference "How to use" tool could be added or these may be made more user friendly. Also when it comes to the required sizing of the area of interest on the map it has options limited to increments of 1, 2 and 3 etc. acres. it would be nice if this could be made "user defined".

Always purchase mapping here now as the website is so easy to use, ordering is quick and report delivery is really fast - usually the same day.

I've always found the historic mapping services offered by GroundSure to be very prompt, with good quality maps. In terms of the ordering platform, although we don't use it much the snap to point tool is neat. In general it's a really intuitive system.

Please go back to emailing reports - clicking and downloading is time-consuming. Reduction in file size would be really helpful, at the moment all files >5mb need to be split to be uploaded onto the planning portal which takes time.
