Normal prompt service and good quality report

Happy with the service, quick and inexpensive. Good value for money.

The address finder would not find the postcode. The grid reference was actually latitude and longitude rather than northings and Eastings so Its stated incorrectly. Regardless neither would work. The only way was to put in the road and the town which listed several hundred occupants and took a while to then find. Then drawing polygon the points don’t seem to meet. It’s just somewhat difficult to navigate. Just a frustrating experience. Not the first time.

Great Customer service, does what it says on the tin !

Very disappointed with the information contained in the residential survey, and the subsequent lack of value for money. In summary the report stated that “may indicate the presence of mining features” We've since been informed that we could obtain more detail about mining activity on, or near, our garden – for free – from Cornwall County Library resources. Make sure that you understand the data that the £40.00 survey provides (or rather what it doesn’t provide).

Excellent products and friendly customer service

I had an issue with my review and spoke to Catherine Shiers, who was very quick to respond and provided an excellent response. I would though, not take the report as a detailed assessment, the flood elements (for example) do not go into detail and dont' state that the data is a long term projected estimate, i.e. could be 100 years +

Delivered very quickly, very large document (nearly 10MB which is becoming a problem for downloading to portals). Very detailed, but far more than most people would need, are looking at alternative smaller packages.

The Groundsure staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate our (sometimes demanding) requests. We've had a few issues with delivery times, but I believe this is mostly due to subcontractors and external factors.

The chosen subject area - picked very carefully on the website, point by point - rarely if ever coincides properly with the earlier mapping, but for my most recent one it didn’t even match the 2004 edition. Frustrating.

No problems with on-line service, very good, quick and efficient. When I've had a problem with larger or multiple sites, I've found Groundsure staff helpful
