Item was much cheaper here than elsewhere by over 50%. Delivery was fast and had SMS updates about delivery time and delivery success/failure (I was at work). Very nice service.

Items as described, speedy delivery and well priced!

I was shopping for an insulated hoodie I could knock about in as well as take ski-ing and was actually going to shell out £160 via Amazon when I found the item I wanted at R+R for £32 less. I didn't jump right in - Amazon are reliable, stable, and responsive, so I had to be sure R+R would be in the same league, which they seem to be, and much more personal. My reason to withhold a star isn't necessarily R+R's fault, though maybe they could do something about it: there are hardly any customer product reviews! That's a big deal for me in buying online, which is why I favour Amazon - and even REI.com despite the import cost.

From the original little shop in Ambleside to the present day online only operation, a supplier to be trusted 100%.

Great service

I needed a rope and some rock boots and Rock+Run had both the ones I was looking for. The rope was the best price I found the shoes were pretty close. I phoned for some sizing advice before eventually ordering and the person answering was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Having received the shoes I can confirm that not only did he SEEM knowledgeable he was also spot on. The gear also arrived well packaged within a couple of days. I'll always shop around but Rock+Run will be on the top of my list in future.

Parcel was given to a neighbour and delivery driver put a card through my door with an address written on it that doesn't exist Major problems dealing with city link had to phone four times and was told I would hear back from them that day, didn't hear back till day after and was asked if I could pick it up from where it was delivered....... address doesn't exist amatuers Finally got my parcel after knocking on every door
