I have dealt with Rock & Run for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the service, delivery and advice that they have offered. The standard prices are always good, but the offers that crop up from time to time take are unbelieveable. Would I recommend them, yes 100%.

I had absolutely no problems in buying my down jacket online, I even telephoned them up to find out when it was being sent, person on the other end very helpful, and a real joy to speak to. One bad point - please dump City Link and use Parcelforce! City Link were due to deliver my item, they didn't turn up and logged into say that there was nobody home. I clicked on the link to collect my parcel (and got a confirmation e.mail), when I got there I discovered that my parcel had been loaded back on to the van for delivery. Complained heavily and the manager logged into the drivers log book and discovered that he was 20 miles away when he logged that there was nobody in to sign for it - City Link are letting Rock + Run down. The service from Rock + Run was second to none though. Love the Jacket.

Searching for decent Rock's shoes on a budget was tough with mountains of net searching and always the worry of returning hassle due to size. Rock n Run were awesome. Phoned after loads of net searching as RnR has best prices, now just for size. I was after Chilli corona as on slae but could,kt find my size anywhere. RnR have a pair! So I called and spoke to a Mike to as about size - none in mine, pants - back to scouring the web. Day 2 I finally decide on a different shoe, and call RnR for advice on size. Mike remembered me from the previous call and rapidly let me know a pair of coronas had come in. This was post much discussion on shoe size/technical grade. Mike filled me with confidence and I placed my order. All was spot on and I even got a free copy of climb magazine with my delivered next day lovely new Rock shoes. All in all a great service from a great company - Rock on!

The boots arrived quickly and well packaged. They were exactly as described. However, they were slightly too big so I returned them by post for a refund. Again this was handled swiftly. I'll be shopping here again!

You deal with knowledgeable people who are not just trying to sell you something. You get the impression they actually care about whether the stuff they sell will help you enjoy your days out.
