I alerted Rock + Run to the fact that regular 1-3 day delivery was missing from the item I wanted, and I didn't want to pay for next day delivery, and the customer services person was very helpful and changed it online for me. I actually received my item the next day anyway so win win! Would shop with them again!

Ordered a pair of 5.10s that were at a fantastic price. I was going to wait for them to be delivered but, as I was going away to scotland and I wanted them asap, I went to collect them. All it took was an email and they refunded the postage and held the shoes for my collection. They got back to me really quickly and were as helpful as they could possible be. I ordered a pair of 5.10 Spitfire shoes 'cos they were super cheap (under 30 quid for a pair of Stealth soled trainers is a proper bargain!) and they arrived quickly, I even got a text from Royal Mail to tell me they were on the way! Lovely shoes too, perfect for summer riding.

I've used rock+run for a few years now, absolutely have had no problems with them. But, I don't like Royal Mail delivery as I always seem to have problems despite their deport being only 400 metres away! I'd rather pay a few pounds more to get a better delivery service. But, that's just a small grumble..
