Website needs help. It would not process my order (not the first time). I ended up emailing my rep., Christian, he was all over it and took care of my request. While on the subject please cut out all peripheral ads and information on the confirmations. I go through 2 cartages of ink to print out the confirmation. Yes exaggeration but still half a page of black ink, come on.
