On a recent order the incorrect item was shipped to my customer. The paperwork was correct, but the wrong item was stocked in the bin. It was stressed the urgency that a reshipment of the correct item be sent asap as the customer was on a deadline and the original shipment had been backordered for several weeks. Several calls were made to customer service with promises to investigate and call me back with updates, however, this never happened. This occurred in over 6 weeks ago and no one has reached out to me on this to date. Mistakes happen, but ignoring those mistakes does not make them go away...especially when you know that it has put your customer in a serious bind.

My only complaint is shipping. I get small packages on UPS which cost 15 to 20 dollars and my merchandise in these boxes can run as little as 5 dollars
