The Riv nuts arrived quickly, but instead of the thin like is shown in the example picture, they are the thick. The actual dimension of the lip is missing. BTI-TU-SSM6HUPO30/B1 Dimension E is missing but the picture shows thin.

I ordered online and entered both my bill to and ship to addresses. You shipped to my bill to address and it went to our corporate office in another state. I t took an extra 6 days to finally get to us and this was an urgent order. Maybe train your inside sales to enter orders correctly??
