This was my first purchase on line with G.L. Huyett. Based on it, it was very easy to purchase and my item was received without any issues and in a timely fashion. Thank you for making it a good experience.

I placed two different orders with the same item. Both times I place the orders I had to do it on-line which was no problem. The problem I found frustrating is that they have a note box which you can input instructions regarding the order. Both times who ever entered the order did not read the notes so I had to call back both times to get my order shipped to the correct address that were in the instructions. Had I not looked at my confirmation this would have caused issues. Why have a box for notes if no one reads them?
