I have been told that you have no control over your advertising on the internet, but everytime i order it's followed by a slew of ads for the very product i just purchased. It may seem like a petty gripe, but i'm on this thing all day and i am aware of the products you offer. In the power transmission field you are the only one i find that does this.It seems to me you might want to target people who aren't aware of what you do. When i go to order that is always in the back of my mind and i have in the past ordered from someone else. I have no problem with anything else you do it's all first rate.

We received parts in that were labeled wrong quantity. Checked quantity and it was correct, just labeled wrong. Other than that, great service.

I love your service... The only thing that would be nice to see is our pricing online to match what is invoice. Our invoices are lower, which is fantastic, but it does make it difficult when every penny counts and your giving customers quotes.

WEBSITE IS EASY. STOCK IS USUALLY GOOD. TURNAROUND IS QUICK. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE & KNOWLEDGABLE.

-Quick delivery and CSR are knowledgeable about parts & material. -love the part photos/illustration on the quote as a visual aid. -Packing is usually in good clear bags with labels and outer boxes are good quality and can sustain the UPS & FedEx transits!
