I love ordering on your website for the 5% discount (where eligible). My complaint is the way you invoice and the negative impact it has on our Accounting Dept. It would make invoices match up better to the P.O line items if the 5% was taken off of each line item part one by one rather than the total discount taken off the total cost when multiple parts are on an order. It's no problem on one line orders, but creates a mess for accounting when there is a multiple line item PO that ships from multiple locations and/or ships on different dates when some parts have leadtimes. This has been a complaint from the beginning and continues to cause problems.

I feel that overall my experiences w/ G.L. Huyett are great from quote to orders to delivery on a timely fashion. Good work guys!

orders double ship all the time. order that are for will call get shipped in.

ORDER ENTRY LINE AND PO MIN'S ARE HARD TO MEET. AND THEN ON THE AD MARKET PLACE IT TELLS ME I MEET THE MIN'S THEN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS COME BACK WITH A $10.00. NO ONE LETS YOU KNOW AND THE ORDERS ARE JUST PROCESSED.
