Really helpful and took me through options available in order that informed decision could be made as to the best package for our club

Very unhelpful staff, extremely expensive day out. We had been refused to receive paint balls which we paid for as a deposit. Overall unpleasant experience. This company ruined my son's birthday.

We decided last minute that we would like to book paintballing for My sons upcoming 13th birthday, and we didn't think we would be lucky enough to find availability. After previous issues contacting Bedlam in a conversation i found rude, i had been in contact with Christopher who has been very helpful. He offered an apology and was very keen on improving the situation. Will 100% try and book with Bedlam due to Christopher.

I have previously wrote a review for the Edinburgh venue and as seen they have replied however I do not have an option to reply and although they say in the review to reach out, I have and they have not replied! Please do not look at that reply and think by this well written response they are good. I have the emails, photos and recording. Still waiting on a response. I did say I would send the recording but later told them to continue with the complaint without the recording, I am still waiting on a response. I have also said I would meet them to discuss and let them hear the recording. They do not care. Like I said I don’t usually leave reviews but for the amount of money they charge I really don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation.

Had my son’s birthday party at the Glasgow site today! Absolutely amazing. The guys who looked after them done amazing job! The only thing I would say is maybe more hot food options would be good.

Visited here on Saturday! What a day we had. Really good gaming Zones and the staff were absolutely amazing!

Booked laser tag for 8 people, turns out it wasn't even with bedlam, (They conveniently missed that bit out when i was booking it) nor did they tell me that they were a booking agency and charged me £140 more than I could've got for if I booked direct! NEVER AGAIN.

Got back to me quickly and were able to answer all my questions! Very friendly on the phone
