Made a query, to what I got a quick reply. Booked everything and 10 min later the venue called saying that they messed up and the venue wouldn't work that day.

Absolutely cannot fault both the booking process and on the day. All staff were friendly and helpful, food was great, toilets clean, drinks reasonable price. Overall 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

I played at Point Blank paintball at Dalton on Tees. Bedlam told me that lunch was not provided so I took my own; lunch was provided! I also found that it would have been £10 each cheaper to have booked direct with the site. Great day out, will book direct next time.

Don't usually leave bad reviews but had to here. Guy on the phone that's meant to run the place kept me on the phone droning on and on about how greatthe experience is, before he got to the ridiculous prices obviously. just wanted to hear a quote rather listening to the guy's monotone voice for half an hour! Anyway, think I'll be going elsewhere. Felt like I was being hard sold to.

Very efficent

The game was fun and the employees were great. But the gear could stand some improvments. For starter, the helmet should cover the whole head not just the face. And a protective vest would be great. After getting some very painful hits, we were afraid to move around and be bold. Also, some shoes, specially after rain, would be better.

Very happy with booking process and the speed of reply and helpfulness of booking agent even though i didnt have a clue he helped a great deal. Looking forward to our day out now

I was given 5 free passes which I gave to my son and his friends. They had a great time in all the games. They thought the marshals were helpful and a good laugh which made the games more enjoyable.
