Easy to book with Bedlam, but on arrival at Elsham, no booking under my name, it had been booked under the agents name, no pyrotechnics available on the day and it was actually cheaper to book direct with Elsham, also the price of paintballs differed too. Lesson learnt book direct and not through Groupon / Agents.

The Gatwick address on the website is wrong but they don't take responsibility for it. Sorry, I I booked this through nationwide paintball and when I Mage the over the phone I asked to confirm if it was the one at RH1 in Gatwick, to which I was told 'yes'.

Can't fault the guys at all, very patient when waiting for final conformation, anything I asked they answered and supplied and able to have a laugh with them. Overall happy friendly staff and made me feel comfortable and relaxed when booking with them.

Great customer service from Roman Rock, we had a laugh over the phone. We exchanged a few e-mails beforehand which were a bit messy but got the points across overall. Happy customer.

What an excellent experience at Paintball Trax in Preston. Mike our host was excellent and we all had a thoroughly good time. Plenty of variety in the game stages and lots of fun

I booked this for my jnr football team at a cost of £380 . I specifically booked the soft paintball due to the age of the group and also as it was delivered with " unlimited paintballs". This was evidently not the case as the the kids were limited to 16 paintballs per game and essentially thet were out the game

Great day out, really enjoyed the experience and would return. Pre book paintballs to keep costs down thou otherwise it can get expensive. Only thing, didn't receive the group photo pronised. Hence the 4 start rating instead of 5.

Booked the laser quest in Edinburgh For a stag do last july. Most the guns didn't work, reported it to a staff member who said they knew about the issues and I should speak to the manager. Manager said there's nothing that could be done. Spoke to head office who investigated and offered 12 free paintball games, excellent! Never received them. Terrible customer service, wouldn't waste your money.

Had fantastic time at paintballing for my son 13th birthday party his friends had never done it before but loved it .... it is all outdoors but staff very friendly and helpful and boys are planning to go again soon
