This company offers their customers great prices for good quality tools used for home or business. Just purchased a new Bosh hammer drill with case for under high-street prices even when considering the post and packaging and next day delivery cost too. There is not many places these days where you can buy good top quality electric tools that can be delivered to your door in under 2 to 3 days and be delivered by Fedex and still be under the prices asked by top high-street stores too. I only dropped one star because the exterior packaging was damaged enroute, otherwise I would have awarded this company 5 stars for speed, quality and outstanding sale price. First off I've got to commend upon price point. They had what I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. Unfortunately the goods weren't in stock and it took overly long to be delivered. They did keep me informed, and the short email conversation I had was polite and helpful. When the goods were delivered they gave me an extra which will probably come in handy. Just a shame that I had to wait a week longer than I'd hoped.

only issue I have tooltray.com is the cost of postage to the highlands of Scotland. We live on mainland Britain and I object to these prices.
