I ordered an item which was not in stock and a refund was happily given a week later when I decided not to wait.

Ordered stabilising solution 2 x 5 litres arrived next day as standard delivery. Brilliant

Phoned to see if in stock as needed within 2-3 days at most. Was not in stock so would take an extra day. Fine as promised would be two days, so ordered on line and two days later the 7mm allen keys instead of 0.7mm allen keys turned up! (they look very different) Paper work said 0.7mm. Phoned to ask for a repalcement would be another 2 days. I couldn't wait so asked for a refund. Asked what to do with the 3 allen keys i didn't need. Was told nothing no point collecting. Next day Fedex turned up from SIG. No idea who they were in the end found out they are tool tray. So called again to stop Fedex coming back again. Will not be using again. As ended up wasting so much time. In the end ordered from another supplier and got within one day. On the plus side the refund happened quickly and they were polite on the phone.

I had all my power tools stolen and needed to replace them in a hurry, Tooltray sorted it with no fuss and I also purchased some adhesives etc at a great price. Highly recommended.

Good service good prices

I'd seen this product advertised on a well know trade counter/mail-order site at a very good price. My husband had hinted that he liked it. Went to order but product had sold out, tried all the trade counters in my area but to no avail. I did a Google search for the product, found tooltray who had the same product, and, it was £20 CHEAPER than the advertised reduced price from the well known. I don't need to say any more.

A fantastic tool

Placed order. Wasn't informed goods were out of stock. Phoned two weeks later to find out they were waiting for the goods to come in from their supplier. Was told they would be in within 4 days and that that was a good estimate. left it another week and a half. No goods. Phoned again, no one avaliable to talk to so left a message. No one rang me back. Phoned again and was given the same info about waiting for goods to come in from supplier. Cancelled my order. Shabby outfit. Poor service. Hope they go bust.
