I cannot create a COI 10/5/2022

We've had no claims yet so we've had no problems!

We contacted a large commercial insurance agency that could not seem to find a carrier for us due to having employees working from home in multiple states. We got nowhere so we decided to try Cerity through Quickbooks. The process was fast and straightforward. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Cerity is the worst insurance company I have worked with. It takes weeks to get a response from their agents and lots of effort to get or manage your policy. I only purchased workers' comp through QuickBooks and I wish I could go back in time and take it all back.

I have been with them now for a little bit over 2 years. I have 0 complaints. Very affordable. Whenever I need a certificate I just go online and get 1. And if it's a little bit more detailed I send an email and they get me their certificate back to me and the customer right away.
